We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@atelierdivin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pendant: 10K 14K 18K SOLID GOLD.
There are 3 different finish options available; WHITE, YELLOW and ROSE.
Diameter: 2.40 X 2.40 cm (the bigger İsis) 1.80 X 1.80 cm (the smaller İsis)
bail size: 4.20 mm X 1.84 mm
Suitable for 2.5 mm thick chain and clasp. (If you prefer to use the pendant with thicker chain/clasp please request by message. We can mount a larger bail)
Chain: 14K GOLD (white, yellow, rose gold finish options)
The model wears a chain 20 inches long.

We have included an image to give you an idea of how each length of chain looks on a woman's neck.

PRODUCTION:
Every jewelry is made to order by handmade. The manufacturing takes 3-5 days.
We ship each jewelry individuallly in a special DivinJewelry box. If you buy it as a gift, we have gift wrapping option that you can choose at checkout.
Plus if you have a gift note, just leave the text of your note in the 'Add a note to DivinJewelery' message box at checkout.
SHIPPING:
The shipping process starts after the manufacturing process (3-5 days) is finished. If you are in a hurry, we have an expedited shipping option. This means shorter shipping times however, we also try to get your order out faster.
I provide insured shipping for shipments exceeding 500 USD. Insured shipping can only be done with the fast shipping option. For this reason, I ask you to pay for express shipping at check-out. The insurance fee (30 USD)belongs to Divin Jewelry.
CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
Returns (of definitely not used jewellery) must be made in 7 days beginning from the date of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return/ exchange shipping costs (and customs duty if applied). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refund is made after the returned item reaches to us. We have no responsibility if the package is lost. In product returns made with customer preference, 35% fee is deducted as stock cost.
You can cancel your order at any time. You should only know this: For cancellations exceeding 12 hours, 20% of the product price is deducted as a stock fee.
